Fletcher joins from Travel Solutions of Belfast, where he held the position of cruise manager since 2016. He brings 16 years’ travel industry experience to the role, including stints at Thomas Cook and Oasis Travel.

Fletcher will work with NCL senior sales director UK and Ireland, Gary Anslow, to drive the line’s growth strategy in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. NCL wants to up market share in the region, and introduce more agents and guests to its product.

Fletcher will work on building awareness of NCL among Irish customers, and strengthening the line’s existing relationships with agents and tour operators in the region.

At Travel Solutions, Fletcher led the firm’s cruise department and helped drive growth in cruise product, winning awards at the Northern Ireland Travel Awards in the process.
