The new free-to-use service gives travel agents an instant summary of any tests and documentation their customers must complete before their arrival, based on their travel date and vaccination status.
Nick Markham, co-founder of Cignpost ExpressTest, said some travel rules still in place are "mind boggling, with different tests, timescales, age limits, documentation and isolation requirements depending on your destination".
"While the UK has dropped arrivals testing for those who are fully vaccinated, more than 80 countries across the world still require travellers complete negative tests before their trip," he added.
