Windstar Cruises will offer agents a £50 voucher of their choice for every 2022 European booking they make throughout March.
The move comes as the small ship line ups its focus on Europe this month.
Agents can also earn a £25 voucher for every non-European booking they make.
A spokesperson for the company said: "There is no limit to the number of bookings, so the more Windstar cruises agents book, the more money they will earn."
All bookings must be made between 1 and 31 March 2022.
