Travel’s most sought-after awards will take place in London on Wednesday, 24 September at Camden’s Roundhouse – the iconic arts and concert venue to have played host to music legends from The Rolling Stones and Elton John to Amy Winehouse and Arctic Monkeys.
The awards programme – comprising seven Travel Agent categories, 10 Agent-Judged Supplier categories, six Expert-Judged supplier categories and four Fairer Travel categories – recognises brands and individuals who have raised the bar over the past 12 months, stood out from their competitors and strived to champion a smarter, better and fairer industry.
TTG Media editorial director Pippa Jacks said: "The Travel Industry Awards by TTG continues to put our entrants through the toughest judging process in the market, combining written assessments, agent rating and even live video-judging to enable those companies and those travel sellers who’ve performed best this year to rise to the top. And with new categories and an incredible new venue, our 2025 awards is set to be the most exciting yet."
New awards for 2025:
Touring & Adventure Expert of the Year: For travel agents specialising in escorted and small-group tours, the winner of this category will be the agent who has demonstrated the best product knowledge and delivered the most outstanding service in the past year.
Technology Innovation of the Year: Formerly Technology Provider of the Year, this wider-reaching category is open to technology suppliers to travel and tourism businesses in the UK and Ireland, as well as travel and tourism companies’ in-house technology teams and their partners. The winner of this accolade will demonstrate how their innovation has made an outstanding impact and helped one or more travel companies work smarter and grow business.
Industry Marketing Campaign of the Year: PR and Representation Company of the Year has been reshaped and can now be entered by marketing agencies, in-house PR teams or trade associations. The winner of this category will be the campaign (either trade or consumer) judged to have delivered the best ROI in the past year and entrants must demonstrate market-leading creativity, execution and measurability.
Returning awards this year include the Agents’ Choice – Large, and Agents’ Choice – Small accolades recognising the supplier trade support teams TTG’s travel-agent audience believes have delivered the best service in the past year.
TTG’s travel-agent audience will rate the brands they’ve worked with recently according to product and service, with shortlists announced in June and winners revealed during the ceremony in September.
Entries for Travel Agent, Agent-Judged, Expert-Judged and some Fairer Travel categories close on 23 May, with entries for The John Hays Entrepreneur Award, The Diversity Trailblazer Award and The Travel Legend Award launching in June and closing in August.
The early-bird entry rate, saving £50 per category, will run until 4 April. Entries can be purchased before the deadline to secure the discount but must be completed and submitted before the 23 May closing date.
