Kinnersley will take on the head of transport and aviation role, while Gambling has been recruited by the company as its new head of cruise and events.
The additions come after the operator saw an increase in sales demand and "encouraging results" in the first half of the year.
Having worked at Saga Travel for 22 years, along with Jetline Cruise and Secret Escapes, Gambling has a "wealth of expertise" in travel, specialising in cruising, product, and event operations.
She said her goal is to "finesse" Newmarket’s event and cruising programmes to ensure customers receive "the best experience for the best value".
"Newmarket Holidays is a fantastic tour operator and I’m grateful to be joining at a time when travel is finally back on track and customers are feeling confident and comfortable to explore the world and fuel their wanderlust again," she added.
Meanwhile, Kinnersley, who has over 20 years of experience in supplier negotiations and relations, 14 of which were spent at Travelopia, said joining Newmarket was a "privilege".
"I’m eager to bring my knowledge and skillset in creating strategies to support the business’s key targets and requirements, while continuing to build strong commercial partnerships with suppliers," he added.
"Drawing on my connections within the hotel, aviation and leisure travel industries, and my passion for travel, I’m now looking to further grow and elevate the aviation product for Newmarket Holidays and support the aviation team."
