Named Circle of Excellence, the club provides members with mentorship, support and additional training and is led by Not Just Travel senior cruise business development manager Duncan Croucher.
Activities include sessions with personal development experts as well as marketing and social media professionals.
“We are starting with 15 members, but this group will get bigger rapidly as our consultants quickly become more expert in selling cruise,” he said.
“With our continued multimillion-pound investment in recruitment, we will expand our mentorship team to match the pace of the expansion."
The club’s launch was welcomed by Not Just Travel agents, with members calling it a “valuable” opportunity to learn.
“This small community will be so valuable as it will allow us to share learning and experience,” said Circle of Excellence member Vikki Coffey. “For us, this is a strategic way to build on our cruise sales by collaborating with like-minded individuals.”
The homeworking agency made the headlines earlier this month when it announced it was investing a further £1 million “to expand across all areas” of its business.
