Wendy Parry will step down from the role on January 16, 2017, when she will be replaced by Paul Meehan who is a director at Gala Coral Interactive (Gibraltar) which is now part of the newly merged Ladbrokes Coral Group.
He has held the role at the gambling company since April 2012 and has been responsible for interactive planning and integration aspects of the merger between Gala Coral and Ladbrokes.
On the Beach will said it has a full transition and induction plan in place with Parry, who joined the group in April 2010, agreeing to be available for as long as required to ensure a smooth and orderly handover.
Simon Cooper, chief executive of On the Beach Group, said: “I am delighted that Paul has agreed to join On the Beach as chief financial officer.
“He is an excellent cultural fit for the business and his skills, knowledge and experience will be invaluable as the group continues on its strong growth trajectory in both the UK and internationally.
“I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Wendy for all of her hard work and support since she joined On the Beach in 2010.
“Wendy has been incredibly important to the group’s success, not least helping to deliver our successful IPO in September 2015. I wish Wendy all the
best for her retirement.”
The group will announce its audited preliminary results on December 6, 2016.
