The awards, which are free to enter, feature several enhancements following feedback from the TTG Top 50 community.

TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies – which will culminate in a glittering ceremony in Birmingham in April 2023 – celebrates the best travel agents in the UK and Ireland, through both regional and nationwide categories.
Changes this year include updated assessment forms that put an even greater weighting on customer service, and a commitment from TTG to provide every Top 50 winner with a wide suite of social media assets, including video, to better support them in promoting their win on social channels.
There is also a brand new category: Sustainable Travel Champion of the Year.
The rigorous judging process rewards exceptional customer service and expertise, whilst recognising the extraordinary lengths agents have gone to during the past year.
The awards comprises 25 different categories, highlighting stand-out stores in 12 different regions, plus seven nationwide categories for different kinds of agency business, and five special categories including Community Hero, Customer Service Champion, Contribution to Travel and Sustainable Travel Champion of the Year.
Those shortlisted will join us live for the awards ceremony and after-party on Thursday 27 April in Birmingham.
TTG group editor Pippa Jacks said: “We have had hundreds of entries from across the UK and Ireland, including many who have not entered before, which is brilliant to see. Agencies have asked for a little extra time to register their businesses, which we’re pleased to offer.
“If you’ve not entered before, this could be your year!”
Registration has been extended to Friday 11 November. After this date, a wide panel of suppliers who work closely with agents will carry out the shortlisting process, by rating all hopeful agencies based on customer service, expertise and performance.
