Greenhalgh joins the group’s global commercial team as its new regional director, sale and marketing, UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. Originally from Cape Town, Greenhalgh brings 20 years industry experience to the role across sales, marketing and revenue.

At Accor, where she was director of luxury sales for the group’s UK, Ireland, Spain and Scandinavia markets, Greenhalgh oversaw sales across accor’s Raffles, Orient Express, Sofitel Legend and Orient Express brands, among others. Prior to her stint with Accor, she worked for The Set Hotels, Hilton worldwide, Bourne Leisure and Starwood’s Le Meridien hotels.

She will report to Odelia Cheung, vice-president global sales, and will be responsible for overall sales direction and management in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia.

Brett Armitage, Kerzner chief commercial officer, said Greenhalgh’s expertise and experience, "particularly within the bespoke UHNW luxury sector", would be invaluable to the business.
