Employees have instigated various initiatives, such as fundraising and collection points, across a range of locations.
In Glasgow, head of sales support Nichola O’Brien co-ordinated drop-off points for provisions and an employee fundraiser to support efforts organised by local Monklands Hospital. Almost £1,000 was raised for supplies to be shipped to Ukraine’s surrounding countries.
Other stores, including East Kilbride, Clydebank, Cameron Toll and Cumbernauld, set up collection points to take donations such as clothing and non-perishable items for local aid efforts.
