Juste assumes the role of corporate senior director of social responsibility, and will work on pre-existing projects and new initiatives focussing on the people working for the group and local communities it operates in.
 
Through a new CSR committee, Palladium will consolidate measures focused on environmental protection and circular economy principles, while at the same time placing a special focus on people.
