Sailing onboard the line’s Jane Austen vessel, the agents took part in the eight-day Seine, Paris and Normandy River Cruise itinerary round trip from Paris.

The sailing called at Les Andelys, Rouen, Bayeux and Arromanches, Honfleur and Giverny and Vernon before returning to the French capital.

Attendees included Lisa Ramsey from rivercruising.co.uk, Tracey Bayfield from Framlington Travel, Charlotte Skelding from Holbeache Travel, Sharon Staples from Millington Travel, Helen Smith from Holidaysplease, Judith Almond from Spear Travels, Jon Davis from Travel Counsellors and Rachel Horne from Premier Travel.

The group was hosted by Riviera’s Tom Morgan, head of agency sales UK and Ireland, who said the feedback from all three fam trips the company has run this year has been "extremely positive".

"The trip was a great success," he added. "We have seen increased bookings from the agents we have taken away. We are running another fam trip on the Douro this month and are looking to arrange more in autumn this year."

Agents can currently save up to £830pp on this itinerary for 2022 departures.
