Le Vavasseur steps up from director of communications at Rosewood London, a role she has held since May 2016.

The operator said her promotion followed her successful implementation of various PR and social campaigns during her tenure.

She will oversee communications at Rosewood’s three European properties: Rosewood London, where she will remain based; Rosewood Hôtel de Crillon in Paris; and Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in Tuscany.

Her 13-year career to date has seen Le Vavasseur work across a number of luxury brands in Europe, including taking the lead on Le Bristol’s 90th anniversary celebrations.

She joined Rosewood following a short stint as PR manager for luxury restaurant group Corbin and King.

During her time with Rosewood London, she has helped raise £110,000 for the Rosewood Mini Wishes campaign and spearheaded the launch of the hotel’s Art Afternoon Tea, Canine Package and Holborn Dining Room’s Pie Room.
