Former Celebrity Cruises strategic account manager Ruth Gardiner will take up the role of senior development manager.
Tracey Bartlam, who has previous roles with Attraction World and Hotelbeds, will become key account manager along with ex-Fred Olsen product and sales manager Kirsty Reid.
Meanwhile, Rachel Oakes, who has experience as a graduate account manager, has been appointed sales development manager.
Torey Kings-Hodkin, head of UK sales for Royal Caribbean International, said the new additions will "help propel" the line to "exceed our goals and increase the focus and support" the company can give to its trade customers.
"We have some exciting years ahead of us at Royal Caribbean International with 26 breath-taking ships in our fleet and more on the horizon," she added. "I’m delighted to welcome Ruth, Kirsty, Tracey and Rachel to my team."
