Seaman will take up the newly-created position of chief commercial officer at the firm next week following his departure from Attraction World at the start of August after a decade with the supplier.

According to Tripashore, the addition of Seaman, who has also become an investor in the company, was made to “spearhead" the firm’s growth and development through the trade and specialist cruise companies.

Tripashore chief executive Lee Stongitharm said the firm was “absolutely delighted” to have Seaman, who has previously held high-level positions within the travel industry - including as managing director at Holiday Autos, onboard.

Seaman said: “Tripashore is a new business but with a huge amount of talent in this sector. Our way of helping customers select their tours is unique and it will have a significant impact on how travel agents sell cruise excursions.”
