Barnaville will oversee development, performance and maintenance of Serenity’s five specialist products – The Gambia Experience, Cape Verde Experience, Goa Experience, Corsican Places and Sardinian Places.
He brings more than 20 years of travel experience to the role, most recently serving as head of commercial at HF Holidays and prior to that as commercial director for Carnival UK.
Heading up the tour operator’s marketing activity, Eagle brings more than 15 years’ experience in marketing and hospitality to the position with roles at Southampton Airport and InterContinental Hotels.
Commenting on his appointment, Barnaville said: "It’s an exciting time to be joining Serenity Holidays with its strong and well-established brands that specialise in some fantastic destinations."
