The trio of accolades celebrate and reward travel agency staff who have gone above and beyond to look after their customers, colleagues and communities during the past year.
All of the following nominees will be invited to attend the TTG Top 50 awards evening in Birmingham on 24 March, where the winner in each category will be announced.
The Visit Florida Ray of Sunshine Award 2022
This award recognises one agency-based individual in a non-customer-facing role whose energy, passion and positivity light up the day and play an important part in a travel agency’s team spirit and success.
The nominated staff members are:
- Adele Barnacle, care team leader, The Holiday Village
- Natalie Buck, community marketing manager, Hays Travel
- Scott McCabe, projects manager, Oasis Travel Ltd
- Nikki Metcalfe Dermott, destination specialist, Flight Centre

The Avis We Try Harder Customer Service Award 2022
This accolade celebrates one individual travel agent for going beyond the call of duty to help one specific customer in the last 12 months.
The shortlisted agents are:
