Robins joined Cyplon in 2015 as head of sales and oversaw the launch of its luxury travel franchise business Travelosophers in 2021.
She becomes the first person outside of the Hajipapas family to hold a directorship role with the company in its 51-year history. "I feel confident I will lead both businesses to new heights," said Robins.
Director Christos Hajipapas described Robins as "one of the most prominent and well-respected figures" in the travel industry, adding he was delighted Robins had decided to commit her long-term future to the business, which is now run by a third generation of the family.
"This represents an unprecedented appointment in our 51-year history, and we couldn’t be more pleased or more proud to have Stephanie, someone who shares our family and business values, at the forefront," said Hajipapas.
"We now look forward to the future with much excitement and anticipation as we continue to grow the business."
Fellow director Costas Anastasi added: “Stephanie’s energy, passion and overall good nature is unmatched. From working with her the last nine years, I can confidently say her abilities are unrivalled and we are truly lucky to have her on our team."
