Morgan, whose remit also includes Scandinavia and North America, has worked in the travel industry for 24 years, including spells at tour operators Tui and - most recently - Kuoni.
The Lux Collective, which is based in Singapore, manages the Lux*, Salt, Tamassa, Socio and Cafe Lux* brands, as well as some individual properties such as Ile des Deux Cocos in Mauritius.
In his new role, Morgan will be tasked with developing “impactful sales and marketing strategies for the target markets and strengthen relations with the trade partners”.
