Moyes has previously held roles at Informa PLC and the Montgomery Group, as well as Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE).
In his 10 years at RTE, he firstly led the group’s meetings and events portfolio across six continents before heading up the leisure travel portfolio of World Travel Market (WTM) London, Arabian Travel Market (ATM), WTM Latin America Sao Paulo and WTM Africa Cape Town.
Meanwhile, Pilardi brings with her a number of years’ experience in the hospitality business with positions at The Dorchester and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, as well as opening new properties such as the first Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in Milan and the St Regis Rome.
The appointments bring the total number in the Journeys team to six. Founder and managing director Micaela Giacobbe said: "I’m thrilled to welcome Craig and Nicoletta to the Journeys team.
"Both are experienced sales events professionals who are very hungry to work in a company specialising in creating bespoke and tailored events around the world such as Journeys."
