From developing an inclusive diversity-focused photo project to campaigning for fairer recruitment processes, the TTG judges were once again bowled over by the impressive steps taken by individuals to challenge businesses to do more when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion.

One shortlisted champion helped bring to life the first same-sex wedding on Celebrity Cruises’ new ship Celebrity Beyond while another has been focused on raising funds for local LGBT+ communities.

The 2022 Travel Pride Champions shortlist:

• Lesley Pritikin, president, Divertimento Group LLC

The winning Travel Pride Champions will be named at this year’s Travel Pride, in association with Greater Miami & Miami Beach, on 5 July from 6.30pm at The Deck, 20 St Dunstan’s Hill, London EC3R 8HL.

Attendees are invited to dress in summer Miami style (think floral shirts and bright colours!) as we celebrate diversity in travel in style!
