Among a record number of entries, TTG judges were once again bowled over by the impressive steps taken by people across the travel industry to make the world around them a more inclusive place.
One shortlisted champion designed a female-led recruitment campaign to positively spotlight female mariners, while another launched a specific LGBTQ+ journey to create a safe space for LGBTQ+ travellers .
Another established a company’s first ever diversity training at the company while one individual helped create a series of podcasts about neurodiversity, which led to employees creating a new Neurodiversity Employee Network Group.

The winning Travel Pride Champions will be named at this year’s Travel Pride in association with Attraction World Group, Florida Keys and Key West and WeTravel.
Our famous Pride celebration will take place on the evening of Thursday 6 July at Colours Hoxton, 2-4 Hoxton Square, London N1 6NU with canapes and cocktails on offer!
