Which tour operator, cruise line, airline or travel supplier has been most supportive of you and helped you to make more sales this year? And who could have done better?
Have your say and your scores will help us to decide who makes the all-important shortlists from which our winners will be announced at the biggest night in travel, at the Lyceum Theatre in Covent Garden, London, on September 18.
And this year we’re giving you even more of a reason to join in. For all agents rating our contenders, we will pick out three winners at random, who’ll win one of the following prizes:
- A pair of tickets to the TTG Travel Awards at the Lyceum Theatre, including entrance to both our VIP pre-event reception at the Savoy and our glittering after-party at the same venue
- A £100 Love2shop voucher
- A £50 Love2shop voucher
A robust process
Aimed at recognising the very best tour operators, cruise lines, airlines, tourist boards and other suppliers working with the trade, the TTG Travel Awards involves a robust combination of both agent rating and a judging panel stage to decide the worthy winners.
This year, the shortlists will once again be decided entirely by agent rating, with only the eight best-rated companies in each category progressing to the next stage.
Agents simply need to go to ttgtravelawards.com and follow the link to rate their favourite companies on a scale of 1-5. Agents are asked only to rate a company if they have worked with it in the past year.
Group editor Pippa Jacks said: “Only travel agents can tell us which of the many suppliers who have registered for the awards this year truly support the trade.
“The TTG Travel Awards are only as good as our judging process – and agent rating is crucial to that process. Please do share your views and help us decide on the very best in the business.”
The online rating form also includes a box in which agents are asked to nominate their favourite On The Road Hero – the sales representative, account manager or business development manager that does the most to support them – and, new for this year, to nominate the three suppliers they think most deserve to be considered for the Travel Company of the Year category.
