The new platform adds numerous additional features to the group’s current managed service offering, including efficiency enhancing modules, such as vTARSC’s booking retrieval technology and vCRM’s HTML quotation and customer engagement functionality.
The partnership was announced at the Advantage Travel Partnership Group conference in Madeira on Saturday (30 April).
Paul Nunn, operations director for Advantage, said there will be no technology costs passed on to members of AMS from the new partnership.
"We’re delighted to have partnered with Vertical, who have a long and robust history in servicing various managed service divisions of our industry," he added.
