Aviareps’ local tourism teams will be responsible for Visit Orlando’s trade sales representation in its key markets, which includes Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Germany, Ireland, the UK and project work in Canada.
The firm will develop and implement a functional trade sales concept and adapt it locally to each market while supporting sales strategies and activities, in-market training and ensuring the trade is kept up to date on the destination’s performance.
Casandra Matej, president and chief executive of Visit Orlando, said: "Aviareps has the ability to adapt international trade concepts to each individual market to promote Orlando with the ultimate goal of increasing visitor numbers and awareness.
"The teams will be an extension of the Orlando-based team to specifically provide the travel industry with personalised service and education."
