Sponsored by Attraction World Group and provided by EventWell, the quiet hub will be adjacent to the main conference room and offer a safe space for those who need to take time out and decompress.
It includes three main zones: a meditation zone; a mindfulness zone with colouring books, puzzle books and jigsaws; and a relaxation zone offering bean bags, floor cushions and noise cancelling ear muffs.
It also includes a decaf coffee and herbal tea bar with infused water and fruit bowl, plant decor and sensory lighting, an essential oil diffuser and Moodfix mists, stim toys, massage cushions and assorted books and magazines on mental wellbeing and health.
IWTTF will take place at Google’s offices in King’s Cross and will include a panel discussion on neurodiversity and a fireside chat between IWTTF founder Alessandra Alonso and Attraction World chief executive Olly Nicholls.
Alonso said: "IWTTF will be an opportunity to discuss embracing hidden talent in our industry and we are grateful to Attraction World Group and in particular to Olly, for not only facilitating the quiet hub, but for sharing how a better understanding of his ADHD has helped him and his business to thrive."
Representatives from Tui and Intrepid Travel have been named among the judges for the organisation’s first awards ceremony, with speakers confirmed to attend including Intrepid managing director Zina Bencheikh and Advantage Travel Partnership chief executive Julia Lo Bue-Said.
