Visit TTG's Namibia Selling Guide
The Meet Namibia Roadshow 2025, held from 24-27 November, brought together the UK's top Africa specialists for four days of insightful networking and engaging presentations, showcasing the country's unique travel opportunities.
More than 40 travel agents attended the London event, and more than 30 in both Cheltenham and Glasgow.
Those who attended received the latest destination information and product updates from Namibia’s top suppliers, promoting the country’s exciting array of landscapes, adventures and luxury hospitality, appealing to a UK and Ireland market.
The speed-networking sessions allowed travel professionals to have one-to-one time with exhibitors, who offer some of the very best accommodation, tours and experiences across Namibia. The supplier partners included:
- ATI Holidays
- Atmosphere Marketing representing African Monarch Lodges, Chi Wani Safari Camps and Onguma
- Exclusive Reservations & Marketing
- Gondwana Collection
- James Tours & Safaris
- Naankuse Ecotourism Collection
- Namibia Tracks & Trails
- Namibia Wildlife Resorts
- Natural Selection
- Naturally Namibia
- Ondili
- Ongula Homestead
- Reservation Destination
- Trip Tours Namibia
- Wilderness
At each show, travel agents were tasked with visiting as many exhibitors as possible and getting their Namibia passport stamped. Those who got a fully stamped passport were in with a chance of winning an incredible prize trip to Namibia.
Matthias Lemcke, Europe director at Namibia Tourism Board, said: "It was a pleasure for us to be in the UK during the last week of November, promoting all things Namibia. We had 14 fantastic partners with us and are very grateful for all the agents who came out to meet with them during a cold November's evening.
"We really appreciate the support from the trade and we are here for any needs they may have," he added.
The roadshow demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the UK and Irish market, with Namibia dedicated to building relationships and supporting travel agents in their future sales.
