Jessica: Welcome to our in the Spotlight with Princess Cruises. Mike, can you please share with us what travel agents can expect from Princess Cruises during the upcoming Wave period?
Mike: Thank you for inviting us here today, Jess. It's lovely to chat to you and travel agents. You should be excited because you can save up to £800 per state room and we've got low deposits of just £99.
Jessica: Amazing! And I hear you have some great deals and itineraries on cruises around the Mediterranean?
Mike : I love the Mediterranean. I really do. And we do have some amazing deals going on. In fact that's on 7, 14, 21 night cruises. I was looking at one in particular, which is N628, which is the Enchanted Princess, and check this out right – you sail from Civitavecchia, your gateway to Rome, you get Dubrovnik, you get Naples, you get Kotor. It's such a great itinerary. Whether you've had a first-time cruiser or you've done loads of cruisers before, we just have so many great deals right now and I really encourage you to check it out.
Jessica: Brilliant. And can you share a bit more about your activity in the Caribbean?
Mike: Yeah, absolutely. It's really exciting. We've got nine ships, including the new ships, the Sun and the Star Princess, which just – the views from those ships checking out the Caribbean are going to be beautiful. But not only that, right, we've got. We’ve got 4-15 night cruises, we've got 43 different itineraries, 31 different destinations across the Southern, Eastern, Western – and we've also got five different ships that are transitive the Panama Canal. I'm really excited about the fact that in 2027 our Princess guests could also visit Celebration Key, which is a really exciting destination, and I actually did a training in on it a few days ago. So, if I've just said Celebration key, and you're like “what is that?”, on our Facebook or our YouTube Princess Cruise's UK Travel Agents, you can find all about it from me.
Jessica: Perfect – that's really good to know. What else can travel agents look forward to seeing from Princess Cruises,
Mike: Especially this month, it's all about engagement. We've got Our Ships Your Story, and we're really excited about this because we've got some destination experience trips that our agents can win – and it's easy to win. The more you engage, the more chance you have of winning. So whether it's on our advent calendar that's going on, everyday there’s a different chance to win. Maybe it's through our webinars or our Kahoot!’s or signing up for our newsletter. The more you engage, the more you have a chance. And then you get to tell your story on our ships in these destinations and share them with your guests. And of course as well, One Source – that is our one stop shop for any bits you need to know to support you selling a princess cruise and get our guests – or your guests – their perfect Princess Cruise.
Jessica: Finally, Mike, can you share what else is in the pipeline for Princess Cruises in 2026?
Mike: Yeah, we really want to keep it simple. We want to give all of our agents all the training and resources that they need to get all of their guests on the perfect Princess Cruise. We know we've got the cruise for them, we know we've got the ships, and we absolutely have the itineraries. So, we just hope you engage with us. Check out all we are doing and we hope to connect with you soon.
Jessica: Brilliant. Thank you so much for sharing all of that information with us today, Mike. And thank you for watching our In The Spotlight video with Princess Cruises.
