Charlotte: Welcome to our In The Spotlight video with Titan Travel. Shane, let's start by talking about Titan's trade mission. What do agents need to know?
Shane: So we've set ourselves a very bold mission to be the trade's most trusted touring partner, and always be the team that has their back. So that's a very clear mission statement, it’s on our signature. It's on everything that we're trying to achieve. And we come back to that statement every single time we start a meeting, because it's the purpose of what we're here for.
Charlotte: Thank you. And what have been your achievements so far with the trade?
Shane: It's been a crazy, coming up to 12 months now, of my time at Titan, so it's been a whirlwind of a last 12 months. But the things I'm most proud of is we've been able to double the size of our trade team. So we heard the trade loud and clear that we needed to offer more support. We needed to be there for them in their local areas. So doubling the size of our team has allowed us to be able to increase our strategic account sales management, but also introduce more people on the road to be the face of the brand and also make sure that there's a regional, local contact for our travel agents to get hold of.
We've also introduced TITANium, which is our closed Facebook group for our travel agent partners, we're now up to almost 3,000 agents who have joined us on that. And we've also refreshed Titan Rewards as well, which now means travel agents not only get a guaranteed £10 per booking, but they now get to spin our brand new Winning Wheel! So a chance to win up to £250 per booking too.
Charlotte: Fantastic. Thank you. And remind us of Titan's unique selling points?
Shane: There are many unique selling points, but let's narrow it down to the main ones. First of all, with Titan, you can guarantee for your customers that there is more included in every tour. So for me, I say it's about not about what you've paid to go on the tour, it's what you've paid to come back. So we include so much. What's included within the tours? It's incredible value for money, no hidden extras. All of the entrance fees for any site seeing etc will be included as well. All inclusions are detailed in our brochures and on our website. There are so many inclusions.

Also, a great way to interact with our team, because on a Friday, I say we bring out the secret sauce of Titan. We bring our product managers and we interview them on a video call every single Friday. So our travel agents get to know the inner details of how a tour is working and some key selling points that might not appear in the brochure, from those expert guides.
