Charlotte: Welcome to our In The Spotlight video with easyJet holidays, and today we're talking about the launch of the very exciting, brand-new Luxury Collection. Tash, tell us everything that we need to know. 

Natasha: Wow, how exciting is this?! We are absolutely delighted to launch our brand-new Luxury Collection. Now it's a very carefully curated, handpicked list at the minute of over 70 beautiful, luxury five-star hotels we are very proud of. And they range from those boutique lavish style properties, right the way through to the all-inclusive range, all the havens, which really are offering that world-class service. And I guess that's the point really. Every hotel has been handpicked, like I've said. So you can really choose from the very best from easyJet holidays. Very exciting. 

Charlotte: And give us a flavour of some of the hotels that you're offering through the luxury. 

Natasha: Of course. So hotels include the beautiful La Sultana, which is in Marrakech, a beautiful hotel, the One&Only Portonovi, which is in Montenegro, which is gorgeous as well.

And the brand new Ikos Kissamos which we all love at the minute in Crete. And also there's an incredible hotel on the Amalfi Coast, which is called Le Sirenuse, which is beautiful. So yes, some real good hotels there to choose from. 

Charlotte: And could you outline what's included in every package holiday in the Luxury Collection? 

Natasha: Yes, of course I can. So when our customers book a Luxury Collection hotel and holiday through easyJet holidays, they're not just choosing that hotel, they're truly getting what we call an elevated customer experience. So each package will include 26kg of luggage now, so that's an increase on the luggage allowance; a small and a large cabin bag, which is superb; priority bag drop, which is nice to get rid of that bag; fast track UK security, we all love to speed through as much as we can through security; speedy boarding; and private transfers the other end; plus the complimentary seat selection as well. So everything's really included there. 

But one thing that I really want to showcase is our dedicated customer service line for every single one of our travel agent partners for any luxury post-bookings. We've got a fabulous, dedicated team that have been trained very well. So they'll handle all of those post bookings, which is excellent. So yeah, super service. 

Charlotte: And the collection is on sale now, but when will the first departures take place? 

Natasha: So we launched on 2 October, which is great. And customers can actually start to arrive from April, 2026. Perfect, lovely timing, really. And that's a perfect time for customers to inquire and escape for beach on both cities in a Luxury Collection handpicked hotel. Wonderful. 

Charlotte: Thank you. And is there anything else that you feel makes the new Luxury Collection so unique?

Natasha: Many of our customers are heading to these stunning hotels really, and they're already flying, as part of an easy jet flight, really. So with our new proposition, they can really start to enjoy and relax and take full advantage of all of the route network from the UK and regional basis, which is excellent.

And when we are pairing that lovely flight with this lovely collection now of hotels, it really brings the whole enhanced service together and includes everything. It's one seamless end-to-end package really for the customer. And we offer everybody's customer something truly special with this type of holiday.

So the trade portal is brilliant. You can just jump onto the trade portal, make that booking and confirm that reservation. So it's a very smooth process. Smooth booking process every step of the way. And then if there are any queries or questions, obviously we've got that dedicated team now set up they'll be on hand to answer any queries and any questions.
