Slocomb will join the team as sales executive after a spell in the villa specialist's operations department, from which she brings experience working with agents.
She will take up her new role next month. James Howlett, who joined Solmar as Sales and Distribution Director earlier this year, said Slocomb's appointment would help the brand maximise trade sales opportunities.
"We're seeing growing confidence from our agent partners in selling villas, not only because of the exceptional customer experience they deliver, but also because they present opportunities to increase booking values and generate repeat business," said Howlett.
"As demand continues to grow, we remain committed to investing in the trade, which continues to be a hugely important part of our business and a key driver of our ongoing growth."
Of Slocomb, he added: "Charlotte brings extensive experience from our operations team, where she has worked closely with both travel agents and customers, giving her a deep understanding of the booking journey and the support our partners need to succeed.
"Her insight, knowledge and relationships across the business will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen and grow our trade and OTA partnerships."
