Tracy Wells joins Exoticca from Red Sea Holidays and will look after agents across South Wales and the southwest of England.

Neil Sealy, Exoticca's UK and Ireland Managing Director, said: "Tracy brings a wealth of travel industry experience to the role, and I am excited to see her get out on the road for Exoticca to promote the brand to agents in her region.

"Both South Wales and the southwest of England have been performing well for us and showing strong growth this year, and this is the perfect time for these areas to have a dedicated BDM to further support this growth."

Wells added: "Why Exoticca? For me, it came down to the product, the people and the opportunity. Travel is an industry I’ve always been passionate about, and I love the idea of helping people experience destinations that might otherwise feel out of reach. Wells' appointment comes a little more than two weeks after Sharon Vaughan joined Exoticca as its Business Development Manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland. At Red Sea Holidays, Wells held the role of Business Development Executive for 20 months. 

New recruits Wells and Vaughan will work alongside existing BDMs Richard Hey and Michelle Thake, who currently look after agents in the north and the south respectively.
