The high street premises is owned and operated by franchisees Karen and Mark Stanley, who have worked in the travel industry for more than 15 years.
The shop, which was officially opened by local councillor Ruth Stocks on 10 January, offers tailor-made holidays and cruises, expert advice and exclusive deals.
Karen Stanley said: "It’s a pleasure and an absolute dream come true to be able to do what we do best – connect with customers and provide wonderful holiday experiences.
"We are so grateful for the warm welcome we have received from the town and we can’t wait to start serving and supporting the local community."
