The agency is recruiting for new roles across operations, experience, trade and marketing. Not Just Travel said it follows "rapid growth" over the past 12 months, during which it has paid out record commission and seen a spike in recruitment, for which it credits its new mentorship-focused "lite" package.
Despite the growth, Not Just Travel claims response times to consultants, for new bookings and for refunds are being processed "in record time".
In addition, Not Just Travel will double the size of its franchise recruitment team with a few to attracting "high-quality new members". Elsewhere, it is also developing an apprenticeship scheme to support young people into employment.
It is the latest in a slew of updates and developments from Not Just Travel; the agency last week launched its Gold customer service proposition, and prior to that, it hosted its largest-ever business development event.
There have been several personnel changes too, which have seen Duncan Croucher promoted to Head of Cruise Sales, Emma Holliday to Head of Trade and Mel Garthwaite to Head of Operations.
John Jones MBE, Not Just Travel's Chief Operating Officer, said the agency's consultants were busier than ever. "When a consultant receives a fast, accurate answer from us, their client gets superior service," he said. "That is the driving force behind the investment, and indeed everything we do."
Garthwaite added: "More people in the team means shorter queues, quicker answers and more time spent getting the detail right on every booking. Consultants feel that difference straight away, and so do the clients they look after."
