Walt Disney Studios Park at Disneyland Paris is poised to transform into Disney Adventure World which, upon completion, will see the attraction approximately double in size.
The revamp will introduce Adventure Way, a new avenue featuring attractions inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios film Tangled, as well as 14 new dining locations. The extension will open on 29 March 2026.
Inspired by Disney's beloved Frozen franchise, World of Frozen will transport the guests to the Kingdom of Arendelle, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy new family-friendly attractions and daytime shows, a royal encounter with queens Anna and Elsa, and a unique chance to interact with a true-to-size Olaf powered by Audio-Animatronics.
Beyond World of Frozen, guests will be able to take in new Pixar and Marvel universes including World of Pixar, Marvel Avengers Campus and Adventure Bay, which will host various character activations throughout the day.
Disneyland Paris president Natasha Rafalski said: “29 March 2026 will mark a historic milestone for Disneyland Paris with the transformation of our second park into Disney Adventure World, and the opening of its spectacular new expansion, featuring World of Frozen.
“With this step, we’re pursuing the most ambitious transformation in our resort’s history, pushing the boundaries of storytelling and inviting guests to live their own adventures in the extraordinary worlds of Disney Animation, Pixar and Marvel."
Rafalski added the extension would be backed by a €2 billion investment plan, and promised "deeper storytelling, stronger emotions, and unforgettable moments". "Together, we’re reinventing how our guests experience Disney Animation, Pixar and Marvel worlds."
