Gary Gillespie, who has led ITE for the past six years, will continue at TTNG as product, distribution and capability director. However, his role will take on a group-wide focus, with oversight for products, platforms, and ongoing training and development – including the group's training academy and its digital assistant.
Knapp, meanwhile, joined the company in 2014 as operations manager and has since progressed through to the roles of sales manager and sales director.
TTNG said Knapp had "worked closely with ITE members throughout her time in the business and brings strong commercial insight alongside a detailed understanding of what ITE members need to succeed".
Elsewhere, Stephanie Slark has been promoted to the role of chief operating officer, with oversight of membership services and operations across the group.
Slark has been with the business for more than 12 years, having joined as head of recruitment and later progressing to director of membership services.
With more than 25 years’ industry experience, TTNG said Slark brought extensive operational expertise and a strong understanding of both the business and its membership base.
Gary Lewis, TTNG chief executive, said: "I joined the business 30 years ago, and since then, we have grown from fewer than 50 members to the strong, established community of 1,100 members today.
"Naturally, when talented people develop within the organisation, every effort is made to support them and help them progress. As a business, we are fortunate to work with people who are deeply passionate about their roles, and it is a real privilege to help them succeed.
"We are incredibly proud of all our people and excited about what 2026 will bring for our members."
