Hardy joins Panache from Scenic and Emerald Cruises where she has for the past four years served as national key account manager. She also brings experience from spells with Carnival UK and Cruise.co.uk.
Scenic and Emerald, meanwhile, has hired Sani/Ikos Group regional sales manager Leiza Sullivan as its new sales manager for the Midlands and the north.
In her new role, Hardy will take a lead on a new programme of in-person and virtual customer events, as well as Panache's loyalty and VIP experience initiatives.
Panache said Hardy would play a pivotal role in how it engages, inspires and retains luxury cruise travellers. "Wendi will serve as the primary relationship owner for Panache Cruises' top-tier customers, delivering a highly personalised, concierge-style experience designed to deepen relationships and encourage long-term loyalty.
"Her remit includes overseeing the end-to-end loyalty programme, from tier design and exclusive benefits to member communications and working closely with cruise line partners."
Hardy will also lead on planning, curating and hosting Panache's programme of Founders Cruises for VIP guests, ensuring each sailing is a bespoke experience.
