The Azamara Forward programme will feature the "most extensive renovations and refurbishments in the company's history", the line said.
A new area – the Penthouse Deck – will exclusively debut on Quest in December 2026 when the vessel emerges from the Athens shipyard where each ship will go into dry dock.
The Penthouse Deck on will feature two Panorama Suites and 10 Grandview Suites "designed to redefine oceanfront living at sea".
Average lead-in prices are around $20,000 per person for Panorama Suites and $12,000pp for Grandview Suites, the line added.
Azamara's international chief sales officer David Siewers told trade media that suites would provide "the most premium suite experience" the line has ever offered.
He said the line is "open to the possibility" of adding the suite grades to the other three ships in the fleet – Azamara Journey, Azamara Onward and Azamara Pursuit, however initially they would just be available on Quest.
Across all four ships, the line will launch Chef's Table, a reimagined Discoveries Restaurant, Atlas Bar, a "full transformation" of The Cabaret Lounge and updates to every stateroom and suite.
The enhancements will be seen for the first time when Azamara Quest returns to service on 18 December 2026 before its 2027 World Cruise departure on 5 January next year.
Siewers added: "We have stressed at Azamara that we want to focus on our incredible four ships to build on the timeless elegance and the incredible experience that we have onboard and to open ourselves up to new chapters and experiences.
"To do that, we're launching one of largest initiatives ever – Azamara Forward. We never want to take away from the incredible brand that we've built but we always remain open to new experiences. That will take form across all of our fleet in a new era with ship-wide enhancements.
"This is the largest investment decision we have ever made."
He confirmed the line hopes to welcome UK and Irish agents onboard Quest once it has been refurbished but added that details of any educational experiences were still being finalised.
Dondra Ritzenthaler, Azamara Cruises chief executive, said: "This transformation reflects years of listening to our guests and travel partners and an extraordinary amount of creativity and collaboration across our teams.
"From the new Panorama and Grandview Suites aboard Azamara Quest to reimagined dining and ship-wide enhancements across our fleet, Azamara Forward is designed to deepen destination immersion, elevate comfort, and create even more meaningful moments at sea. It’s celebrating our heritage while introducing new experiences to take us into the future.”
