Running from March to November 2026, the programme is designed to give agents across the UK more first-hand product experience, with visits taking place on the line's Iona, Arvia, Aurora, Britannia and Ventura ships.
Nine Southampton-based ship visits are planned, alongside a series of regional calls aimed at making in-person training more accessible to agents outside the south coast. Each visit will accommodate up to 45 agents, with two family days on Iona in Southampton each accommodating 400 guests.
Regional ship visits will be hosted during Arcadia’s 16-night British Isles cruise in Greenock, Belfast and Liverpool, while Aurora’s 16-night British Isles itinerary will include agent visits in the same ports, plus Newcastle.
During each visit, agents will join a guided tour of the ship, including cabins, dining venues and entertainment spaces, as well as have lunch on board, to help support "customer conversations" and sales.
Ruth Venn, associate vice-president of sales and distribution at P&O Cruises, said the programme reflected the line’s "ongoing commitment" to trade engagement, bolstered by the brand's recent decision to expand its "Shine at Sea" fam trip training programme.
"Whether it’s a Southampton visit or a regional call, these experiences allow agents to truly understand what makes P&O Cruises distinctive and to sell with confidence," Venn said.
Agents can register and access full details via the Shine Rewards Club, with updates also shared through the P&O Cruises Travel Agent Facebook page.
