Richard Branson has added a new hotel to the Virgin Limited Edition portfolio.
Close to his original home in the British Virgin Islands, Necker, the entrepreneur has been leading the development of a new island, Moskito, where he has now completed The Branson Estate.
Situated on 125 acres, it will now be available for rent from early 2016 and features three villas: Headland House, Mangrove Villa and Beach Villa, offering a total of 11 bedrooms between them.
The three villas are complemented by a recreation area on the eastern side of the island where activities such as kite surfing will be on offer, while dining options are all based around Beach House. The estate has a wraparound infinity pool, hot tub, swim-up bar and tennis pavilion.
Branson said: “It’s well known that I adore the beautiful and unspoiled British Virgin Islands and I’m thrilled that the new Branson Estate on Moskito Island is joining the Virgin Limited Edition collection. I’m confident that this will be a fantastic addition.”
Virgin Limited Edition includes Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands, Ulusaba Private Game Reserve in South Africa, The Roof Gardens and Babylon Restaurant in London, Kasbah Tamadot in Morocco, The Lodge in Verbier, Necker Belle, a 105 foot catamaran, Mahali Mzuri, a tented safari camp in Kenya and Mont Rochelle Hotel and Mountain Vineyard in South Africa.
