Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is now working with Flytographer, a novel business that arranges for travellers to have customised photo-shoots on their holidays.

In a kind of ‘anti-selfie’ move, Flytographer puts the emphasis back on taking high quality images of couples, families and friends in-situ to ensure they have a library of long-lasting professional-style images.

Founded in 2013 by former Microsoft marketing consultant, Nicole Smith, the British Columbia-based company maintains an extensive network of more than 230 photographers available in 150 destinations around the world, ready to take travellers on shoots – and also share their insights on their home.
