Is this London’s most Christmassy luxury hotel?
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has unveiled its festive experiences, which include a huge snowglobe, a hot chocolate cart, Christmas tree decoration kits and an appearance from Father Christmas.
One of the first things guests will see when they enter the hotel this Christmas will be a giant snow-globe installation, where they can take photos that the hotel’s team will frame for them to take home.
Every Friday in November and December the Four Seasons pop-up hot chocolate cart will be in residence, offering hot chocolate recipes from Four Seasons winter resorts around the world, including Four Seasons Whistler, Vail and Megeve, alongside the hotel’s own British classic.
Four Seasons’ Christmas wreaths will be available to purchase and take home from mid-November. They are all made by the hotel’s resident florist Rosalind Ackerley.
Guests staying at the hotel over the festive period will have the option of a Christmas tree in their room on arrival. It can either be decorated in advance, or they can opt for a Four Seasons decoration kit to dress it themselves with baubles and twinkling lights.
Rooms will be stocked with Christmas cards, wish list stationary for children and stockings. The hotel will also have a surprise appearance from Santa on Christmas day. Those dining on the 25 December will enjoy an a la carte menu, including traditional favourites complete with all the trimmings. Celebrations are also planned for New Year’s Eve with live entertainment, and on New Year’s Day the hotel will offer brunch with free-flowing Champagne.
Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane has partnered with Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge to offer a luxury dining and personal shopping experience, where shoppers enjoy a glass of champagne and lunch at the hotel before being transported by taxi to Harvey Nichols to met by the store’s shopping team.
The property is also the official hotel partner of No.9 Cork Street gallery by Frieze in Mayfair and can arrange private gallery tours and special invites to events and exhibitions throughout the Christmas period.
The Skyline Spa is offering the three-hour Four Seasons Winter Wellness treatment, which includes a Four Seasons winter-edition candle.
