The hugely successful ttgluxury Seminar is returning for its eighth year, with another trends and tips-packed forum planned for London.
The event will position itself as a think tank and hotspot for everything that’s happening in the sphere of luxury travel and is aimed at professionals already established in the sector, those new to luxury or wanting to expand their reach in the field.
According to a recent report* luxury travel is predicted to grow by 6.2%, a third faster than overall travel, and the event will set out the challenges and opportunities in the sector.
Taking place at The Roof Gardens in Kensington, ttgluxury editor April Hutchinson said the event was likely to attract everyone from small-scale hoteliers to major brands, innovators, marketers and travel creators.
“From our years of experience in creating this unique event, it’s always so rewarding to see so many people from all corners of luxury travel come together to share insight, learn new trends or ways of thinking and meet with contacts old and new – there is no other event like it on the UK travel calendar, and I can’t wait to host our eighth event,” said Hutchinson.
The event was launched in 2009, in the depths of a recession and has always sought to bring together a range of speakers and panelists who share their vision, advice and inspirations to a mixed audience and this year will be no different.
“With so much happening in the world in terms of innovative and creative product development, geopolitical events, customer behaviour, buying habits, service standards and of course the digital space, it makes sense to come together to share opinion and learning on a whole range of topics,” Hutchinson added.
Tickets are available for the 2016 ttgluxury Seminar for £149 (+VAT) per person and can be purchased from today.
The conference takes course over the morning of October 20 and will be moderated by Hutchinson, who will be joined by a host of industry/sector specialists and inspirational speakers.
The same day, the fifth London Luxpo will also take place, in the afternoon at The Roof Gardens.
Luxpo is the one-to-one meetings event for handpicked travel advisors and luxury suppliers. It was created as part of the award-winning ttgluxury portfolio in 2014 and has since also launched regionally, with the next event due to take place in Belfast on September 27 at The Merchant hotel.
