The new hotel will be the third property in the OKU portfolio after OKU Ibiza and OKU Kos and its first to cater for families.
Located in Spain’s Andalusian Hills, just outside Sotogrande, beachside OKU Andalusia will offer a mix of swim-up suites, penthouse rooms with terraces, and two-bedroom suites for families and friends.
An additional private four-bedroom villa will feature an infinity pool, living area and terrace.
A further three infinity pools terraced on the hillside are part of the central area of the property, where dining options will include Mediterranean and Asian-inspired restaurants.
The kids’ club will offer ‘holistic experiences’ while parents can relax in cabanas at the adults-only beach club with its house beats, before reconnecting at the family-friendly pool.
A hillside spa will incorporate an indoor pool, meditation garden, gym, steam room, sauna and indoor and outdoor yoga facilities.
Aimed at parents not wanting to compromise on style or atmosphere, OKU Andalusia’s boho-chic ‘laidback luxury’ style will feature earthy toned linens, natural materials and contemporary lines.
The property has views to Gibraltar and North Africa and is close to the picturesque village of Alcaidesa.
OKU is continuing its expansion, with new properties in the Maldives, Middle East and beyond to be announced soon.
