It comes after the consortium restructured its membership services team earlier this year, with plans to more than double its on-the-road presence with five new business development roles.
The group is now seeking a membership support coordinator to support member partners by handling calls and emails from agents on a variety of industry topics.
Advantage is also looking to take on two new business development managers, one to be based in central England and the other as an Advantage Managed Services representative in the south.
The purpose of these roles will be to support members by helping them to "make and influence" positive choices in their business.
This will also involve handling new member enquiries from existing agencies and also new start-up businesses.
