The session, being run in partnership with Silver Travel Advisor, will see attendees learn about the sector, the opportunities it presents, how to profile the customer as well as specific skills for selling to the mature traveller.
Once agents have completed the training day on October 16, they will become an accredited Silver Travel Advisor Agent.
