The Cruise & Stay team, which promotes and sells bespoke breaks, now has 19 staff – up from six in 2019 when it was established. An administration and marketing team is also now assisting the team.
Cruise & Stay expert Oliver Wilson, meanwhile, has joined the business to identify gaps in the market and work with global providers to promote exclusive packages.
The team have moved into a new purpose-built office space at The Cruise Centre in Barlborough.
Revenue is currently up 100% year-on-year, which the team hopes to maintain over the next 12 months.
Explaining its rationale for continued investment in the team, Bolsover said: "The business has resolved to remain competitive against the heavy discounting often seen across the industry, which still providing the exemplary levels of customer service."
