British Airways has launched a new community-based fundraising initiative to help support local organisations and charities throughout the UK.
The BA Better World Community Fund is part of the airline’s BA Better World sustainability programme and will support organisations and projects that have a positive impact in communities within the UK.
Charities and social enterprise groups have been invited to apply for funding from the airline via its crowdfunding page, where applications will be reviewed and selected by the Community Governance Board.
