The campaign got under way on Tuesday (4 January) and will run for just shy of two months through to the end of February.
Trade resources include a 24-page mini-brochure featuring nearly 50 exclusive offers, in-store point-of-sale and social media marketing materials, window posters, personalised video content and weekly destination seminars hosted via Zoom.
Agent incentives, meanwhile, range from £20 to £400 per booking (value dependent), instant commission on all deposits, and a chance to win one of ten luxury holidays for two to some of the operator’s most popular destinations in the Caribbean, the Maldives, Cyprus and Ibiza.
"The role of operator and agent in successfully converting the demand for overseas holidays will be more important than ever given the recent complexities added to foreign travel," said Classic’s head of agency sales Si Morris-Green.
"For our peaks campaign, we’ll be highlighting the fact Classic has the necessary expertise and experience to help agents and their customers negotiate these complexities, and the destination knowledge, trusted advice and support agents and travellers alike really value."
The mini-brochure features 48 exclusive offers spanning 12 destinations across the Indian Ocean, south-east Asia, the Caribbean, Africa and the Mediterranean, with departures from 10 UK airports.
Classic’s travel experts will also be hosting weekly educational destination seminars every Thursday throughout the campaign, with sessions aimed specifically at agents and their clients.
"Our peaks campaign for 2022 fully supports our strategy of helping our agent partners to get the most out of their marketing efforts by giving them the tools and materials for them to make a big impression on their customers," added Morris-Green.
"We are looking to take advantage of a strong peaks campaign in conjunction with our agent partners. Classic can offer the trusted travel advice of travel professionals who can share their knowledge, passion and personal recommendations to help agents bring their customers’ holiday ideas to life."
