Managing director Barbara Kolosinska said firms could no longer afford not to have bespoke, up-to-date recruitment policies tailored for the widest possible range of candidates.
"D&I strategies need to be tailored to each company’s ethics and values, so our D&I hub has been designed to offer a wealth of ideas, articles and videos to help craft the policy that’s right for each travel business," said C&M.
The hub, free to existing C&M clients, offers information and guidance across 10 distinct areas, including the importance of thought leadership and inclusive hiring, case studies and audit guides.
"Diversity and inclusion has been on everyone’s lips for the past few years, and is now an important part of any workplace – but when looking to attract new talent, D&I policies are an absolute must," said Kolosinska.
"Creating these policies can initially be daunting, so we’re really excited to launch the C&M D&I hub which offers a wealth of information, guidance, research and videos to help all travel companies create a policy which suits them.
"Diversity and inclusion is increasingly crucial to many job seekers, and any company that can demonstrate their values, beliefs and transparency will instantly have an advantage over competitors.
